Should you invest in Cambrian Forest in Gurgaon Sector-95?
The project is in pre launch so a lot of things are still not finalised. The risk is even more as the builder is new and has not hadled anything significant in NCR area. As I have earlier recomended this phase is good for investors as they can make sonme quick money on final launch. But as far as end users are concerned I would recommend them to book once everything about the project is finalised.
